Highland Homewares Fresh egg pasta Serves 8 KitchenAid KSM150 Stand mixer Attachments used- Flat beater + dough hook + pasta roller+ Fettuccine cutter Preparation time 10 minutes plus resting time Cooking time 5minutes 200g 00 flour 200g semolina 200g whole egg Place eggs, flour and semolina in the mixer bowl.
